Britney Spears accused of sexual harassment by former bodyguard

Britney Spears’ former bodyguard Fernando Flores is reportedly suing the pop singer for sexual harassment, claiming she behaved inappropriately towards him on a number of occasions.

Flores, who worked as a bodyguard for Spears from February to July 2010, alleges that the 28-year-old singer made repeated and unwanted sexual advances towards him. He says she called him to her room and exposed herself to him on a number of occasions, and even engaged in “sex acts” in front of him. Flores is claiming that these incidents caused him emotional distress, describing his reaction to Spears’ advances as “shock, horror and disgust”.

In a further, more shocking allegation, Flores claims that he witnessed the mother-of-two punishing her young sons Jayden James and Sean Preston with a belt that she borrowed from him. He also says that she and her boyfriend had violent quarrels in front of the children.

Spears, who has been enjoying a romantic beach holiday in Hawaii with Jason Trawick, her boyfriend of over a year, has not commented on the lawsuit nor has her lawyer.

However, Spears’ ex-husband and the father of her two children Kevin Federline has spoken out on the story, no doubt as the allegations involve his children. His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, made it clear that the allegations had already been investigated and that Federline: “is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives.” He commented further by saying the allegations “are as baseless as they seem.”

The Los Angeles Family Services Department have reportedly investigated the child abuse claims made by Flores already, and no charges against the singer have so far been issued.
