I found that all the debt management personnel that have spoke to me over the years have been understanding and very helpful from the first day to the last.

No, I tried another one beforehand but they were not very helpful, whereas you were extremely helpful and put me at ease.

Definitely, I was able to pay an amount each month that was manageable and I have now cleared all my debts.

When I first contacted you, you were helpful, easy to contact and not overly expensive.

When I phoned to find out my balances toward the end of my agreement, the lady I spoke to made sure she got exact details I required & phoned me back exactly when she said she would.

Yes, and I have found the service helpful and staff sympathetic to my situation at all times.

Through the Debt Management Plan I have now become debt free and can look forward to retirement with one less worry. It has also made me more aware of the need to manage my finances within my means.

Although there were local Debt companies the advert in the yellow pages in 2005 indicated a more comprehensive help package.

Over the five years I’ve been with you, the service has been excellent and I don’t think any significant changes are needed.
